Yes. All massage treatments are performed by Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs). Receipts for insurance are issued after each treatment, and direct billing is available for select providers.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and e-Transfer. Some direct billing is also available.
You’ll complete a brief health history form, followed by a conversation with your practitioner about your needs, goals, and preferred pressure. They’ll walk you through the treatment plan and ensure you’re comfortable before beginning.

Yes. Our RMTs provide safe and supportive pregnancy massage. We recommend consulting with your doctor beforehand and completing a detailed health review with your therapist before your appointment.
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Reiki and Reflexology are not eligible for RMT insurance coverage. Only Registered Massage Therapy treatments qualify for insurance receipts.
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. You will be properly draped during massage therapy. For Reiki and Reflexology sessions, you remain fully clothed.
