Kristina began her journey in the alternative health field in 1996 after graduating from Kikkawa Massage School in Toronto. Fascinated by the body’s remarkable ability to self-heal, she felt drawn to continue expanding her knowledge and clinical skills. She pursued further training in Shiatsu with Ted Saito, the Trager Approach, Myofascial work, and ultimately osteopathy.
Kristina chose osteopathy for its deep and comprehensive understanding of how the body functions, and how injury, illness, and trauma can impact overall health and wellbeing. Her approach focuses on supporting the body as an interconnected system, using gentle, hands-on techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore balance.
With over 25 years of experience in clinical practice, Kristina has worked with a wide range of individuals to support physical health and long-term wellness. She finds this work deeply fulfilling and values building meaningful, supportive relationships with her patients.
After many years of practicing in Toronto, Kristina recently relocated to the Bay of Quinte region and is now practicing at Restore in Tweed. She is a member in good standing with the National Manual Osteopathic Society (NMOS) and looks forward to becoming an active part of the local community.

Cathie is a Registered Homeopath practicing in Ontario. She graduated with honours from the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine and brings a wealth of experience and passion to her practice. Prior to studying homeopathy, Cathie worked exclusively with children in educational settings, helping them explore alternative pathways to success when faced with challenges.
Cathie has lived part-time in Queensborough since 2021 with her husband and a small troop of dogs. She is also a proud mother of four children, all thriving in their chosen fields, who visit often. She is now excited to expand her homeopathy practice to the Bay of Quinte region and bring the benefits of this gentle, natural system to the local community.
As a homeopath, Cathie believes that everyone has the ability to heal themselves when given the right catalyst. Homeopathy works by introducing substances energetically to support the body in activating its own healing process, addressing physical, emotional, and psychological challenges. She works with individuals and families seeking natural alternatives to managing illness or supporting wellness. Cathie also specializes in helping recovering athletes shorten their return-to-play time and assists families and children with both acute and chronic conditions.
Cathie looks forward to welcoming new patients at Restore in Tweed and supporting their journey toward balance, health, and wellbeing.
