Gestalt Therapy with Lindy, Student Psychotherapist

Life can feel heavy sometimes. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, loneliness, addiction, relationship challenges, family dynamics, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, having a space to slow down and explore what you're experiencing can make a difference.

What is Gestalt Therapy?

Gestalt Therapy is a relational and experiential approach to psychotherapy that focuses on what is happening in your life right now. Rather than looking only at symptoms or trying to find quick solutions, it explores how your thoughts, emotions, physical experiences, relationships, and environment shape the way you experience the world.

Through conversation, curiosity, and increased awareness, Gestalt Therapy can help you recognize patterns, better understand your experiences, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.

There is no expectation to arrive with everything figured out. Therapy is an opportunity to explore what is coming up for you, at your own pace, in a space where you can be met with warmth, openness, and curiosity.

Areas of Support

Lindy works with individuals navigating a variety of experiences and challenges, including:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Loneliness and feelings of disconnection
  • Addiction and related challenges
  • Family dynamics and relationship concerns
  • Emotional challenges and life transitions
  • Patterns of behaviour and difficulty understanding personal experiences

Every person's experiences are different, and therapy is approached with that individuality in mind.
